Your home away from home in Hilton Head Island with 3 bedrooms. This fabulous condo features a king bed, queen bed, bunk beds ( twin and queen beds) perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy three spacious bathrooms. The entire condo is on one level with no steps to enter condo. Definite wow factor with total renovation of condo and all new furniture. We think you will enjoy the modern farmhouse vibe. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this space offers a welcoming retreat. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Coligny beach is just across the street. You are walking distance to the tiki hut where you will find live music and great views and drinks and the shopping and restaurants at Coligny Beach. To get to beach.. Walk out of the Xanadu parking lot and head right, towards Forest Beach drive. Once you get there, cross the road and angle slightly to the left. You should be able to see a path in between the buildings that will take you to the beach. There are 5 beach chairs, 2 noodles, 2 boogie boards, buggy, umbrella in closet for your use
