Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the location is hard to beat. It’s close to everything, with Coligny Plaza just a quick 5-minute bike ride away, and the beach is an easy walk. As a family of five with three teenagers, we really appreciated the three-bedroom layout. The condo was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. That said, the unit could really benefit from some updates and maintenance. The master bathroom appears to be original from the 1980s and is showing its age. During our stay, we experienced low water pressure, and then the master toilet developed a significant leak, leaving all five of us sharing one bathroom overnight and into the next morning, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom faucet also had issues, and there was a large hole in the back of the bathroom door. The sliding glass door was very old and didn’t lock properly, which was a concern, and the patio furniture was rusted and well past its prime. This condo has a lot of potential because of its excellent location and spacious layout, but it would greatly benefit from some updates and repairs to match what guests would expect for a comfortable stay and for the price.
