This rental was 10/10 for location and price. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which was amazing and there was more than enough space for 5 adults. I wish the check in process was smoother. We had to stop at the office to get a packet of papers with the door codes - would have been easier to just email or text. The water temperature in both bathroom showers was inconsistent so we had to navigate that each day. Overall, it’s a good home base for those looking to be close to the beach and Coligny Square.

Excellent location and onsite pool

Overall it was a great stay, centrally located and walking distance to nearly everything. The beach gear credit was amazing and as I’d never used one before, I’ll forever rent some things rather than hauling around.The unit was not quite as pictured and there were areas that a day of maintenance updates would really make it shine. The main bathroom didn’t lock and the maintenance guy that showed up outside of his time window came with only 2 screwdrivers that couldn’t solve the problem. Also dust and such along edges throughout. Unit came supplied with things that are normally purchased in large quantities like dish soap, dryer sheets and plenty of towels! Having to add a stop to our uber to get a packet that could have been emailed was a little of a hassle but it added a personal welcome touch. Overall we would stay here again, just knowing more of what to expect. The price for convenience matched. And the pool, I never spend time at the pool over the beach and we were there everyday!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the location is hard to beat. It’s close to everything, with Coligny Plaza just a quick 5-minute bike ride away, and the beach is an easy walk. As a family of five with three teenagers, we really appreciated the three-bedroom layout. The condo was spacious enough that we never felt crowded.That said, the unit could really benefit from some updates and maintenance. The master bathroom appears to be original from the 1980s and is showing its age. During our stay, we experienced low water pressure, and then the master toilet developed a significant leak, leaving all five of us sharing one bathroom overnight and into the next morning, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom faucet also had issues, and there was a large hole in the back of the bathroom door.The sliding glass door was very old and didn’t lock properly, which was a concern, and the patio furniture was rusted and well past its prime.This condo has a lot of potential because of its excellent location and spacious layout, but it would greatly benefit from some updates and repairs to match what guests would expect for a comfortable stay and for the price.

Condoneas clean and very close to the beach. Definitely walkable when with beach supplies! We had a shower issue where water temp was inconsistent, but was resolved quickly.

Unit is outdated, dishwasher didn't work properly and kitchen items were dirty and bare minimum kitchen gadgets. Plugs wouldn't stay in all the outlets. Pool was wonderful and easy walk to Coligny Beach.
