The Space:
The newly built home has 3 bathrooms and sleek design throughout create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or a business trip, this home offers all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy the fresh, modern finishes, ample living space, open concept living and a cozy atmosphere that makes this the perfect retreat after a busy, exciting day.
Primary bedroom offers a King bed with a private ensuite. It also comes with a smart TV, black out drapes, luggage rack and closet.
The second bedroom has with a queen Murphy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep with a private ensuite and luggage racks.
OUTDOORS: offering a fence in area between the two homes that offers a fire table, and seating for 4 people. Enjoy those evenings in front of the fire, and creating lasting memories!
Infant pack and play crib AND floor mattress must be requested IN ADVANCE.
1 Designated parking spot is available across the street.

GETTING AROUND:
1- Bike!
A fun and active approach to enjoy Forsyth Park is on two wheels. It's an easy way to see the entire park, meet people, squeeze in some exercise and a perfect excuse to ditch your car. Remain conscious of the city's ordinance on prohibited bike trails.
2- DOT Downton Free Trolley:
It's FREE and is one of the most popular ways to get around the historic district of Savannah and see the sites. The DOT is a fare-free service to help visitors and residents get around downtown Savannah. Included in the system are shuttles serving 18 stops in the Historic District and the Savannah Belles Ferry. Use the free shuttle from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mon.-Fri.; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays; and 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on holidays (excludes Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day.)
3- Pedicab: They are usually pedicabs waiting closer to Bay street. Further back (past Liberty) you may have to call to page one. Savannah pedicabs also offers little tours of the city, with the cyclist giving commentary. It's a great way to get around the city, especially if you've been walking and are tired.
4- Savannah Belles Ferry:
Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Service to Waving Girl Landing ends at 6:00 p.m.)
Connects downtown with Hutchinson Island and the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center
Modern passenger-only ferries are reminiscent of vessels seen in the harbor a century ago.
Named for Savannah’s Belles, strong women who shaped the city’s history.

Pet Policy – Service animals, pets in carriers and non-aggressive dogs on leashes are permitted on the Ferries.
Water ferry service may be interrupted without notice due to inclement weather and/or other river traffic.
Our home features a video doorbell which monitors the front door area of the home. We also have a rear camera which covers the backyard area. There’s an additional camera which covers the side area of the home.
