The retreat sits on a 1.57-acre lot and is located adjacent to the Stanford Inn. The charming town of Mendocino boasts amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions for all kinds of people. Outdoor enthusiasts will love kayaking and canoeing Big River. Discover Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park (hiking and beautiful waterfalls), Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Emerald Dolphin Mini Golf & Arcade, Pomo Bluffs Park, Ford House Museum, Jug Handle State Natural Reserve, Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park, and Fort Bragg.



The property features two separate two-level homes, each with its own amazing amenities to make your stay easy. The first home enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.



The other retreat features a lofted open floor plan upstairs where you can spread out comfortably after a memorable day exploring everything Mendocino has to offer. Wind down in the living area featuring inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up exquisite homemade meals and treats. Additional perks include a private balcony, free recently upgraded Starlink WiFi, and views of Big River.



Things to Know

The central heating system is currently out of order. For your comfort, we have provided alternative electric heating sources. Please use the electric space heaters in each bedroom, the electric fireplace in the living room, and the electric wall heater in the kitchen to keep the space comfortable.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We have updated our policy to allow pets! Pets are welcome but must weigh under 50lbs.

Please note, that pets are NOT allowed in the main house. Thank you for your understanding!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
