Welcome to Cozy Oaks Luxe Barndo!

Step inside and feel instantly relaxed. The soaring 10-ft ceilings and shiplap walls create a warm, inviting vibe. The master suite offers a king bed with luxury linens, a walk-in closet (big enough for a pack-and-play), and a spa-like bathroom with heated floors and a dual-head tile shower.

Cozy Oaks is a dog-friendly retreat, and we’re always excited to welcome your four-legged adventurers.

Huge Living Room for Cozy Hangouts

Relax by the gas fireplace, stretch out on the 13-ft leather sofa, or curl up in the egg chair. Enjoy puzzles, quiet time, or simply watch the horses grazing across the road.

Game Room + High-Speed Internet

Between the living room and kitchen is a fun mini game room with wall scrabble and tic-tac-toe. Need to work or study? A dedicated desk and fiber internet make it easy.

Fully Equipped Chef’s Kitchen

Cook and gather in a stylish kitchen with a brass farm sink, Magnolia island, and everything you need—crockpot, blender, mixer, pots/pans, cookie sheets, and a full coffee bar stocked with Cozy Cabins mugs.

Two guest rooms sit just off the kitchen:

What a fantastic property! Secluded yet cozy. Thoughtful details and amenities. Very pet friendly - including a dog bed, toys, and bowls! The perfect place to unplug and reconnect with loved ones.

We had an amazing stay at this barndominium! It was the perfect place for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable together. The layout was open and roomy, yet incredibly cozy at the same time. We also loved that it was pet-friendly—our furry family member felt right at home, which made the trip even better. Everything was clean, well thought out, and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We would absolutely recommend this place to families and anyone traveling with pets and would happily stay here again. The owners were so easy to work with. Can’t recommend this property enough!

This vacation home is remarkably spacious and beautifully constructed. We had the pleasure of staying here over Christmas. The property was festively decorated, complete with a tree and stockings adorning the fireplace. Everyone had a restful sleep, thanks to the comfortable beds. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a delightful amenity. I particularly appreciated the instant hot water, perfect for tea and hot cocoa. A spacious closet could potentially serve as a fourth bedroom for children, accommodating an air mattress if needed. The front porch was a lovely spot to relax, and the firepit and hot tub in the backyard were an enjoyable features. The location is conveniently situated, just 15 minutes from Columbus or Nashville for shopping excursions. We also made it a point to visit the Abe Martin Lodge and purchase passes for the water park. The host was very easy to work with, and quick to respond. It is a Christmas we will remember.

Welcome to Cozy Cabins! My family has been very fortunate to have met the previous Cozy owners, and to be able to purchase four amazing cabins from them. We are truly grateful for their kindness, wisdom and generosity!

The four cabins are located in Brown County and Bartholomew County. My husband's family has a long-standing connection to the Brown County area, with a family cabin that has existed for over 150 years. We have updated the cabin on the same property and visit it often. We truly appreciate the heritage of Brown County and everything the region has to offer.

We feel very lucky to be surrounded by so many amazing local restaurants, shops, and venues. We recognize that these local businesses are the heart and soul of the Brown County community, and we value them not just as a family that enjoys their services, but as new short-term rental owners eager to serve both locals and visitors to the Brown County area.

Brown County is absolutely beautiful! My family enjoys spending time at our cabin and we know that other family's will enjoy spending time at our Cozy Cabins just as much!
