Nice condo and great location

This is a spacious condo and is fully equipped. Pictures and description are accurate. It is on the second floor and there is an elevator very close. Plenty of parking. All appliances work fine including the washer and dryer. Very complete check in procedures and communication with The Vacation Company. I texted them once and they replied immediately. We rented bikes and an umbrella as part of the package and they were delivered flawlessly. I had just a minor issue with one bike and they promptly responded and fixed it. Only downside to this condo is no view of water but that is priced in and pictures reflect that. We would definitely rent this again. We had a great stay!

Beach and Coligny are super close - like you can walk quickly to both (2-5min) and even save your bikes for longer trips. Place was nice, clean, and communication was great from the Vacation Company. Drawer fronts in kitchen were loose and falling off, DW needs to be attached to wall - just needs some minor updates in kitchen. Nice balcony, great AC, location is awesome. View obstructed but that's why the price is lower. Over all a super vacation and we would stay in Beachwood again.

Peaceful, Safe, and Relaxing

As a person traveling alone, safety was on my mind. I had family staying in the same condo building and going back and forth between the condos alone was easy and felt safe. The accommodations were comfortable and would have been more than adequate for a family or two couples. The photos accurately represent the residence. The balcony was private with sliders from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen and laundry all worked well and were convenient in the space. I had a small problem connecting to the Internet, and I called the phone number provided and was helped in a friendly and kind manner..after that, Internet worked great! I rented the bikes, trailer, and chairs. It was all very convenient. Riding bikes on the beach is a must! There are also bike paths everywhere on the island. Loved this place and I would stay there again!

Great Location

Great Location and close to Coligny, which for us, is a must. Walk to the beach was less then 3 minutes and close access to the pool! Only negatives would be - when we went to reheat / prepare a meal, the oven was not plugged in and the microwave would not heat up anything. We called the property manager and they were quick to address both issues within the hour. The sent someone to plug the oven in and brought us a loaner microwave for the remainder of our stay. We would totally rent this unit again.

Everything we expected and more!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo and room. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. There was so much to do on the property with a play ground for the kids, grills for cooking, fire pit, multiple swimming pools, lagoon with wildlife to see and of course the beach! Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be coming back year after year!

Happy Family with Two Young Kids

This was our second year staying in this unit and we enjoyed our stay as much this year as last. The location on the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza is perfect. We love the large pool and family friendly atmosphere of Shorewood Villas. The unit is clean, spacious and well-maintained. We hope to be back again for many years to come.
