Absolute 10 out of 10. Could not think of any reason to give less of a score. For those who choose this home, a couple things to remember. Gravity keeps the water pressure in the upstairs shower to be as strong as the downstairs shower. Also bring your own pool towels for the pool and the hot tub. The coffee pot uses the bucket filters, not the cones. All the amenities and appliances work great! Finally absolutely do not feed the little raccoon that comes to the deck every night looking for something to eat. No matter how cute he looks when he's laying on his paw staring at you. He's getting way too friendly. Enjoy that million dollar view.
