The Space:

You'll be heartily welcomed to the Great Smoky Mountains by Baskins Creek 511, where you'll be treated to such comforts as nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings, a spacious balcony, and a jetted bathtub to soothe any lingering stress. Spend your time in between hikes and fishing excursions swimming in the community's seasonal outdoor pool, soaking in the shared hot tub, working out in the on-site fitness room, and watching your favorite shows in the warmth of the stacked stone gas fireplace.



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek Condominiums are wonderfully located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. There's a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right in front of the building, and plenty to see and do - including Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center - within walking distance. You'll be one mile north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can take scenic drives and hike portions of the Appalachian Trail, and eight miles south of Pigeon Forge, which is home to Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and an assortment of dinner theaters. Visit the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community along Glades Road, or take a leisurely auto tour along the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.



Mountain View Event Space: This versatile onsite event venue is the perfect space for a variety of gatherings, from conferences and meetings to baby showers and retreats.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
