We offer complimentary parking for two cars. The paved roads ensure easy access to the condo year-round, though we recommend a 4x4 vehicle during winter months for extra precaution. Located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN, our condo is conveniently within walking distance of the Parkway.



Please be aware that our gas fireplaces operate seasonally from October through March, depending on weather conditions. For your convenience, laundry facilities are located on the first floor, as the unit does not have its own washer and dryer.
