Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

The Baskins Creek complex sits in the center of downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front. You can walk three blocks north to the Parkway to visit beloved attractions that include Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, and the quaint Village Shoppes. The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one mile south, where you can spend your days taking scenic drives, fishing in 2,900 miles of streams, and observing wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge, only eight miles north, is home to the iconic Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, wonderful outlets and stores, and several renowned dinner theaters as well.
