The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. The loft has two sets of bunk beds both with 2 twins, for a total of 4 twins, and a lounge area with sofa sleeper couch, flatscreen Smart TV with Roku and games.

Located on the back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking and a gas BBQ grill. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and additional seating for 8, the open plan living kitchen level is great space for a family dinner. A private washer/dryer and gas fireplace are just more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, is 4 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. All rooms (except loft) have cable TV and wi-fi internet throughout. Guests will be provided two parking passes. The home is located with convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, with a shuttle stop at the bottom of the private road and a short drive to the Village.
