Thanks so much for your kind words! I’m glad you found the cottage clean, comfy, and well-stocked—and that everyone had their own space to relax. The board games are always a hit! Sorry the heat kept you from enjoying the fire pit, but I’m happy the central air kept you cool inside. The quick walk to the Strip really is a bonus. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Thank you for your thoughtful review—we’re so glad you found the house beautiful and very clean! We truly appreciate you bringing up the note about EV charging. For future guests, the information regarding the additional fee for electric vehicle charging is included in our rental rules, which are available within the listing. I’ll also work on making that detail easier to spot so there’s no confusion. If you or future guests are bringing an EV, please don’t hesitate to reach out before booking—we’re always happy to go over the options. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the cottage clean, modern, and cozy. 😊 It’s wonderful to hear that check‑in was easy and that our communication helped make your visit smooth and stress‑free. You’re absolutely right that the space is more ideal for couples or small families—it’s a 680‑square‑foot cottage with queen beds and twin bunk beds, as noted in our listing. Many guests love the cozy layout, but we completely understand that bed size and layout preferences vary, and I truly appreciate you sharing what worked best for you and your husband. I’m thrilled you got to enjoy Barley Vine Tours for your golf cart rental—they’re fantastic neighbors and always take great care of our guests! And yes, the strip is just a short walk—about 600 steps, or a quarter mile—which makes it easy to enjoy everything without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway! 💛

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Sumner Sands Cottage. One of the great new updates in the area is the installation of LED street lights throughout GOTL Village—it’s made walking to and from the Strip in the evening so much brighter and more enjoyable. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway!
