Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features a private heatable swimming pool* and exceptional outdoor living spaces, including a large sun deck, outdoor kitchenette, entertainment area, and a private dock on the renowned 11-mile lagoon system—perfect for kayaking, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery.

Inside, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, tv, cozy sitting area with sleeper sofa and a private bath with double vanities, a glass walk-in shower, dual walk-in closets. The additional bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One of the bedrooms will be a kid's haven, with two bunk beds--perfect for families! The bunk room will share the hall bath with the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has a gorgeous view of the lagoon and pool with easy access onto the deck through a sliding glass door. The fourth bedroom features a king bed, tv, a twin sleeper sofa, and had a private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.

Guests will love the bright Carolina room with cathedral ceilings, wet bar, and mini fridge, all showcasing the home’s expansive views. The updated kitchen offers granite countertops and opens to a charming breakfast area, ideal for gathering before a day of adventure.
