The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Place all dirty towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom where they were used.
Kindly strip the sheets from beds and leave them next to bed, start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes, turn off all lights, dispose of any rubbish, and ensure all doors and windows are locked.
Please don’t forget to leave all property keys and parking passes (if provided) and double-check that you haven’t left anything behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property, very clean and it was a bonus to have 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Worked very well for our larger group. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive to questions or other items. I would definitely stay here again. Very good experience all around.
