The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out all trash to the blue bin on the left side of the house. Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer or 69°F in winter. Hang used towels so they can properly dry.
If any steps are missed, a $50 cleaning fee may be deducted from your security deposit.
Unless arranged in advance, check-out is no later than 11am. A $100 late check-out fee applies if requirements are not completed or guests depart late, as our cleaning crew arrives at noon.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking indoors or within 60 feet of the home is not permitted.
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11pm–8am.
No parties, events, or large group gatherings.
