Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all towels and used throw blankets in the hamper by the back door (if too many for hamper, put remaining in downstairs bathtub)
Make sure all trash from bathrooms and kitchen is taken out to the cans at the back of the house. They do not need to be taken to the road.
Please make sure the two thermostats are turned to 62° in the winter and 75° in the summer. Leave all bedding on the beds. Lock back door, return keys, scramble the code, and text us when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places and this is absolutely one of my favorites! The kitchen was the highlight with a glass wall that let the sun in. Great hosts, great location! We will definitely be back!

This was one of those homes that the pictures don't do it any justice. It is full of old character that has been extremely well maintained. The location was another plus. It was walking distance to downtown and the fort across the street. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the fron patio every morning. The welcome gift was also a huge blessing

The Steamboat house was perfect. It was an easy checkin with clear directions. The house was beautiful, roomy and perfectly stocked. It was easy to communicate with Tyler. We walked to downtown on sidewalks. It was a busy street but several of us brought sound machines to curb the noise while sleeping. Loved all the attention to detail! We had 8 guests—could have had a couple more.
