Perfectly located just 15 minutes from the Creekside Recreation Center, North Arkansas College, Boone County Airport, and Walmart—and within easy reach of Branson (35 minutes) and the Buffalo River (30 minutes)—this home is the perfect base for exploring the Ozarks, relaxing in comfort, staying for a sports tournament, or working remotely. Motorcyclists, this home has quick access to the Scenic HWY 7 touring route with plenty of (outside) parking space!

House Rules & Expectations
We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free! To help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
• Smoking or vaping are NOT permitted inside the house OR on the porches.
• If you rearrange the furniture, please place it back in the original locations before you check out.
• Only registered guests are permitted overnight.
• Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly.
• Please turn off the fire in the gas fireplace when it is unattended, for example when leaving the house or going to bed. Outside fires are only allowed in the BBQ grill and the designated firepit area.
• Please note that the use or possession of illegal drugs is not permitted on the property. If there is reasonable cause for concern, authorities may be contacted, and guests may be required to leave.
• Trash: if the trash can in the kitchen is full, please remove trash and place in the can at the mailbox. Replacement trash bags are under the kitchen sink.

Children
We’re happy to welcome families with children! Please note, though, that Ozark Pines is not set up with “child proof” safety features. You’ll find breakable décor, uncovered outlets, stairs, bunk beds, and outdoor areas that include natural slopes, uneven terrain, vegetation and occasional critters. If you’re traveling with little ones, we encourage you to bring your usual child-safety gear— such as outlet covers, baby gates, cabinet locks, monitor devices and anything else that helps you feel comfortable!

Pets
We’re happy to welcome pets weighing 35 pounds or less to Ozark Pines (for a small nightly fee)! Note, however, that Ozark Pines is located in a rural area and our property is not fenced. Wildlife and occasional farm animals are part of the charm here, but they - as well as traffic -- can be hazards to your furry friends. We recommend keeping pets close and being mindful when exploring outside. Be sure to follow these simple guidelines while at Ozark Pines:

• Keep pets leashed while outside – there is a lot of room to roam and hazards for a roaming pet such as the ones listed above.
• Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.
• Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
• Use a crate if leaving pets alone indoors.

Damages
Please take care of the furnishings. We do require a card on file in the event of damage, but we have no desire to file a claim! We understand that accidents happen, and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out.
