There are several nearby beach access locations in this Nelscott neighborhood, with the closest one being just down a flight of stairs and a few blocks away, all of which lead to a beautiful stretch of sand that is fantastic for surfing and beachcombing.
The condo is bright and homey, recently updated with polished wood floors and modern furniture. This particular listing is for the private upper floor of this three-story building, but other sections of the building are available for a larger group (please contact us for more details!).
In the great room, you'll find comfy furniture by large picture windows, a flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included), and a gas fireplace for stormy nights.
A kitchen joins this room, offering full, stainless steel amenities and extras like a waffle iron, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a dishwasher, so you can make any meal you desire. Eight will fit around the dining table to enjoy a meal together.
