The home is lovely, just the right size for a family. The hot tub was perfect and the small yard was perfect for my small dogs. The park is so close and the home is close to everything.
We Loved the location, perfect access to beach (fyi, lots of stairs)! Home was clean and stocked. Everything was as it should be, except the refrigerator water/ice dispenser did not work. Plan on grabbing some ice, tap water tasted good, so that worked for us.
We had a great stay at Looney Dunes
in Lincoln City. It was the easiest check in and check out we have ever experienced! Great location. Fun neighborhood!
Loved this spot! In a great location, very quiet neighborhood. We had our dogs with us and there is a green space nearby, you can walk to the beach but LOTS of stairs! We enjoyed the house, it was big enough for our group. I liked the “mud room” style entrance for keeping all the dogs & sand contained when entering the house. Being able to cook meals in the kitchen, play games at the table, be cozy by the fireplace, and enjoying the hot tub all made for an amazing birthday beach weekend! Will definitely return to this home.
We loved our experience. We had trouble with the dishwasher leaking, but someone came to fix it right away. It was spacious enough for 5 adults 2 babies a toddler and a teenager.
The queen size bed on first floor was comfortable and the gas fireplace worked nicely. The living room TV is about 32in size! Hot tub dirty and low on water, disposal and upstairs shower would not work, stove very dirty on top, oven really dirty. some pans dirty also. You "fall" into the sofa (worn out). Need I say more. This place needs a serious going through and cleaning and replacing broken/worn out items before you charge people to stay here again

Third difference property we have stayed at in Olivia Beach, and by far the nicest. We'll be back.
As advertised. Excellent house layout , we'll equipment, and convenient alley parking. Only downside was Alexa did not fully work. Our work-around was to plug the lamps directly into the outlets so we could turn them on. Highly recommend to others.
My husband really enjoyed all the smart features throughout the home as well as all the helpful little notes right down to how to switch the bath nozzle from tub to shower. Our family is accustomed to using Alexa and really enjoyed the music suggestions on the fridge. We are true beach lovers and the beach access was minutes away. Two of us really enjoy cooking and loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home, what a great getaway... we will definitely book this home again!

Our reservation was screwed up
VRBO did not get our reservation information to the Host, management company. We showed up and they didn't have us listed. After 2 hours on the phone we ended up having to drive back home. It was empty and we were told by the management VACASA that it was still available to rent but then when we finally got to the point of cancelling our original reservation and rescheduling they then said it wasn't available. NOT a good experience at all.
garbage overflowing the can outside, dryer didnt work at all, had to turn the fridge to the highest setting to and it was finally cool enough to keep food from spoiling by the next morning. Call and spoke to a lady with VRBO and she assured me she would do what she could to fix the garbage and dryer issue and said she would call me back wither way within 30 minutes. House was still filthy. Took pictures of the filth and issues. Basically was a terrible experience.

Will not book if I know the property in through Vacasa
For starters, we thought we were booking through VRBO. Turns out it was through Vacasa. We ended up paying a service fee to both VRBO and Vacasa. Why? We don't know, it wasn't ever explained.
*The place was Not worth the bottom line price at the end.
*We were told there was access to the beach, but not that there was many flights of stairs down to get to it. It's sad, because there was No Way our big dog could do those stairs, he's too old. We booked this rental for the reason that he could stay with us on the main floor. We even asked specifically about the floor plan just in case. At some point it would of been nice to hear that there was A Lot of stairs to get down to the beach.
*This is minor, but it was annoying. They provide a coffee maker, but no coffee. A coffee run was needed both mornings.
Just beware when renting this rental house that the bottom line price might not be the same as when you first chose this place. Make sure, if you choose to rent here that you take a screen shot of the beginning breakdown rate.

Disgusting/ Should be ashamed!
We checked in on Friday night and discovered the wifi would not hook up to anybody's phone and the hot tub had no power to it. All the breakers were working. We reported this Saturday morning, as I did not realize this was a conglomerate running this particular rental. I finally called directly, instead of texting through the the Vacasa app and finally talked to somebody that grudgingly said they pass on my hot tub issue. While we were out on the beach somebody came over and did something to the hot tub so it was running. The person who called at 5 was unaware that anything had been done. However there was a used hot tub testing kit open on top of the barbecue which was not there earlier in the day. We discovered that the hot tub was working a day and a half after checking in because of the pH test being left out. Regardless, it took till 9 p.m. on Sat night to get the hot tub to 104 degrees and upon getting in it we found two sharp crushed Pabst Blue Ribbon cans in the bottom of the hot tub along with a piece of metal that looked like a plumbing vanity plate. Needless to say, we paid a premium for this house and cleaning fee partly because of the hot tub that we did not use for more than 5 minutes due to the nastiness of the hot tub and it being OOS.. When I called Saturday morning I expressed my concern for the not working hot tub and also expressed I paid a lot extra for this amenity. No word on a partial refund.
Additionally, it appears the rugs had just been cleaned in the house as some of the furniture was in disarray and the curtains we'e tied up off the floor. It took us a minute to figure out that's what it was and we rearranged the furniture into a useable layout. However, there lingered o
a musty smell in the house. It was finally discovered after getting out of the nasty hot tub that the towels that the Hot Tub towels left on the washer were either never washed or left damp after being partially dried as this was where the smell was coming from. Disgusting.
Also, upon pulling back the top sheet on the master bed there was a piece of plastic or latex that was very stuck to the top sheet. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it might have (?) been a wash Pod that did not completely dissolve. However, I feel I'm probably being too generous.
I paid a premium for a house with a hot tub, wifi, clean sheets, dry carpets and instead paid the premium for a disgusting filthy house and tub!I want my cleaning fee back Vacasa. Refund me
