This newly-built home, which boasts some of the best ocean views in Lincoln City, is sure to make your next Oregon Coast adventure a memorable one. Scenically perched on a hill, but still within walking distance of the beach, this home is full of sunlight and modern comfort. Beautiful views and perfect location! Our family of 8 had ample space to spread out and play. Hot tub was used every night. Even saw a couple of whales from the top deck. Absolutely recommend staying there and is the best home we have rented in Lincoln City ever (and we go often). Clean and lovely art too.

Beautiful property

The most amazing view distinguishes this property. We enjoyed the separate downstairs living quarters. The kitchen was very functional. Only comments are that the western sun is super bright/blinding at dinner time on the dining table, might be nice to have a shade. Also the beach is a little walk away. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Best views ever from everywhere you gather. Would have been great to have a recliner for the person who couldn’t sleep laying down or get up alone without an arm chair. But other wise every thing was perfect. I would recommend bringing seasoning and oil and stuff like that. They didn’t have any basics. Which is perfectly fine. I’m just nice to know ahead of time. The furniture was all comfortable. Plenty of seating everywhere. Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again.

Great Style inside and outside

Wonderful, great art, very comfortable, my only comment is that the house is a work of art but with all the glass windows the house gets very hot as there are no shades, it was warm for this time of year but the heat was awful 86 degrees in the living room and never got below 74 degrees in the 3 days I was there. I will love the house and will be back but perhaps at another time of year.

Elderly ladies

It was great to have no stairs for the 80 year old mothers. The views with the windows was fantastic and actually made the living area hot with all the sunshine. The downstairs sliding door was VERY difficult to open. There were a few cleaning issues of items left in dryer and dishwasher. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Loved the house but the checkin check out times are not ideal. Had a circuit break and some outlets didn’t work. No access to the breaker to fix and nobody could come fix it for us. But the house is amazing.
