This rental sits next to the famous Regatta Park and has a wraparound deck that overlooks the public boat ramp as well as the house's private dock. Outside, you'll also find a firepit and a private hot tub, while inside you will find custom woodwork and amazing design throughout. There is even a game room with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, and Ping-Pong for added entertainment options.

Great vacation house

Lucy’s Lagoon is a great house for a family get together. We had six adults and five children. Plenty of room for meals and just hanging out. The kids and some adults loved playing in the lake and the evening campfire.

Great house, great location! But had trouble with the owner when we challenged some complaints she had about the checkout details. She responded with a lot of anger and aggression when we politely asked her to return more of our deposit. We stay at rentals regularly and always get our deposit back--we have never had such a negative experience! Not the sort of person we would like to work with again. Very sorry though, house was great!

Would help to put down what actually you provide in the way of supplies for the guests. No ideas there were kayaks that did not fit our children. Soiled carpets/soiled Futon Dryer 1 of 2 did not work. Way too hot in loft for sleeping so should suggest bringing fans in summer. Ceiling fan a waste of your energy. Barley turns New growth of lake weed in the lake now so swiming in lake was not desirable. No idea we could not build a fire in pit because of ban so neighbor comes over and gives us the one two. Would not rent from Vacasa again.

Lovely place for a family reunion, little rough around the edges

The location and views were amazing. With young kids the access to the swimming area by the public boat launch was great and a large playground mere steps away was a huge added bonus. Areas for improvement: - Most of the mattresses/box springs need to be replaced. Old, springy and uncomfortable - Pillows were flat and uncomfortable - Provide a couple adult kayaks. Kids ones were nice but it meant the adult couldn’t go out - Game room needs some love. Missing parts, broken things, thing not working right, kind run down - Air filter for forced air furnace was months and months overdue for replacement. Looked absolutely clogged and gross - A table outside the kitchen would be a nice alternative to having them all over by the hot tub side - A few umbrellas outside on the deck would be nice - Clearer signage/indication that the house’s dock is private. We had people on every busy day come use the dock for sunbathing, fishing and docking. - Window coverings: could definitely benefit from blackout curtains & some of the rooms blinds were broken/missing slats

So beautiful

The property is just gorgeous and spacious, clean down to the smallest detail, and really thoughtfully provides amenities you didn’t even know you needed. We had an amazing stay. The only cons are that the outdoor space is not very private, it’s right next to the public dock, and the space that is obviously laid out as a kid room is in a loft, not behind a closed door, which makes it hard for the adults to hang out after hours without waking the kids. I would say that the pros more than make up for those two things, though. Cool playground nearby, awesome dock and sand pit, huge hot tub and next door to the very lovely owner. I highly recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at this house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lake house min from the ocean. The kids loved the sandbox , jumping in the lake and also the park right next to the house was an added bonus! Marilyn was wonderful to work with and we would love to come back to this house at some point !

Everybody had a blast!

I rented this house for a family vacation for my birthday. There was more than enough space for 8 adults and 5 kids and the house was well stocked. We had a great time and enjoyed fires by the pit, the kids jumped off the dock and fished every day, and we cooked some fabulous meals. The location is very convenient as town is just 4 minutes away. We had a hard time getting the kids to calm down in the evenings since they all slept upstairs but that is to be expected when getting young cousins together. All in all I would recommend this home for those wanting a little bit of everything for a great price.

Beautiful home!

Lucy’s Lagoon was wonderful and perfectly adequate for our group of 16 people. There was plenty of parking and there was plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. I didn’t realize there was a park right next to the house which was a huge plus! Management was great too and helped ship items that we left behind. I’d highly recommend this place and I hope to return again someday!

Absoutely stunning house that has something for everyone!

For 10 years my group of 16 Ladies have been getting together for our Annual Laugh until it hurts 4 day recharge retreat! We've been to Lincoln City on the beach, Phoenix Arizona, Las Vegas...........and this was by far our FAVORITE place!!! There is enough beds for everyone to be comfortable, two living spaces for socializing, two kitchen areas to prepare and consume food, a garage filled with games, two back decks to just enjoy the view, your own private dock to sit and listen to music and just enjoy your time away from reality. The owner Marilyn was super helpful and was prompt when I had questions regarding her beautiful home! We plan to be back next year in October for another fun filled long weekend!!! Tammie Hutchins
