Great apartment for the price point! Walkable to grocery/coffee/shops and a short drive to nearby beaches! The space was clean and new.

Margaret — thank you for responding and for choosing Bay View Loft. We’re glad the clean, new space and walkable location gave you great value, and that nearby beaches were easy to reach. Our team would love to welcome you back on your next visit to the coast.
We appreciate the five-star rating. We hope Bay View Loft gave you a relaxing place to enjoy the coast, and we’d be glad to welcome you back for another stay.
Very clean and the beds were comfortable! Only problem was it stated air conditioning but there actually wasn’t one on site. Very close walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again as long as the weather forecast wasn’t too warm.

Joshua, thank you for sharing your stay at Bay View Loft. We're glad the loft was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the short walk to the beach made your visit enjoyable. We appreciate the note about air conditioning—our team will clarify the listing's cooling details so guests can plan for warmer days. We’d love to welcome you back when the forecast is cooler.
We had a wonderful time. Could use another pot and one with a lid! Used a paper plate as a lid to make popcorn and rice!Might be helpful having a booklet there with the needed details for the unit like where garbage is located, nearby attractions, what there is to do in Lincoln City etc.
The place is new and clean. It is right where u want to be. You can walk to pier, Mo’s, Iga grocery, museum, glass blowing, rusty truck and Otis cafe. Pelican is walkable too if u want to get your steps in. My quirk is that I want good pillows and a bathroom with a real door and this place did not disappoint. The only hiccups were that Expedia emailed us an invalid door code which took a while to fix and a checkout time of 10:00 am makes you feel rushed and you don’t want that when you are on vacation.
It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean, and great location apartment. The communication from reserving to arrival was fantastic. We appreciated the detailed early warning information about noise because it definitely was an allowed place within thin walls. We could hear the TV on in the apartment below us. We also had somebody try to open the front door during our stay. It might be a good idea to update the instructions for how to access the inside parking spot.
