Great spot for access up and down the coast with Tillamook close by but the house feels pleasantly remote from town with a ton of privacy. Amazing views out the upstairs big windows around summer when the sun comes down that far over.

Great beach getaway

This is the perfect property to go to if you want beach and forest. It’s close enough to hear the ocean but is nestled in the woods. Hot tub is nice, kitchen is well furnished and the beds are comfortable

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay and exactly what we had in mind. House was clean with fireplace, games, videos, stacked kitchen, and gorgeous views! Sitting in the hot tub during the evening rain was absolutely perfect. We loved our time here.

Loved the house and location.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. It was so beautiful we did not want to leave. The beach was walking distance and location was perfect that you can take short drives to other cool places. Definitely will come back again!

Wonderful, relaxing family friendly experience

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was perfect and had lots of perks for our children, that made the stay for the adults so much better! Our kids loved the tv, dvd collection, kids books, beach toys, outdoor shower for easy clean off after the beach, and board game collection. Thanks for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back!

You can really unwind out here.

Simply put this is the best rental property we have stayed at. The location is perfect for both seclusion and walks to the beach; the amenities are top-notch (fully-stocked kitchen and a great DVD library); the entire house is designed for maximum comfort. A perfect spot for those that want to stay in all weekend or use the house as a jumping-off point for exploring the coast. We plan to make this a yearly visit.

Beautiful, private home in Cape Meares, one our most favorite places (and this property one of the most peaceful locations) on the Oregon coast. A well-equipped kitchen with so much open space for family meals, playing games, reading good book. With 2 full baths and 2 lovely bedrooms, this house also provides super comfy mattresses & pillows! Only tip for future travelers might be to note there's only one TV (tho a nice one with an impressive DVD library) and it's upstairs with a 'no food or drinks' policy so if you're like us who often do a week or two at the beach every Winter, Spring, and/or Fall when the weather can be too chilly, wet, and windy to spend a ton of time outside...Movie Nights complete with pop & popcorn aren't allowed. Hardly a deal breaker for just the two of us but might be more impactful for kids/families. Overall, this home has bumped our previous favorite Cape Meares property to 2nd place so we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for it's availability for our future Cape Meares trips.
