Summary:
Cape Crescent
The Space:
Find the perfect spot for a special family gathering at this five-bedroom home in Oceanside, where you'll have easy access to Oceanside Beach, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and the many wonders of the Oregon Coast.
This two-story home is a beach-goer's delight, with Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site one mile north and Happy Camp Beach one mile south. Here along the Three Capes Scenic Loop, you'll be ideally placed for visiting Cape Meares, Cape Lookout, Cape Kiwanda, the Tillamook Creamery, and Jacobsen Salt Co.
The open layout, lofty ceilings, and light-filled living space make this home particularly special. The great room was designed for entertaining, whether you're playing board games at the dining room table or streaming movies by the gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a gas range, and a dishwasher), a wraparound breakfast bar, and a separate wet bar with a wine cooler and a beverage cooler.
After a day spent surfing, hiking, or birding, come home to light the gas grill on the deck and gaze out at the sun dipping below the ocean horizon. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. When it's time to turn in, you'll have five bedrooms to choose from. The main (second) floor features two bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite with its own gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. There are three more bedrooms downstairs, all with direct patio access and one with an en suite bathroom.
Additional features of the house include a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and both a high chair and a Pack 'n Play for your little ones. The laundry room is behind the Corian doors next to the closed spiral staircase.

Was plenty of room for the family and a good location close to multiple beaches. Only downside was we couldnt use the loft but kids had fun without it. Might be a new family summer vacation house for us next summer.

Kyle, thank you for taking the time to share your stay at Cape Crescent. We're so glad the home had plenty of room for your family and that the location made beach-hopping easy. It made us smile to hear the kids had fun even without the loft. We’d love to welcome your family back next summer if Cape Crescent becomes your new vacation spot.
We had an amazing stay, the house was clean and the management was very kind and flexible to my families needs. I would recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing weekend with their family.
This house was an excellent spot for a restorative Oregon beach coast vacation. Entry was a snap and the house was large enough for the four couples to spread out and feel comfortable. Parking, which was a problem at last year's house, was no problem here as there was enough space for four normal size cars to park side by side with a fifth across the back of the driveway if necessary plus the two car garage. The house was clean. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, knives, and appliances. The oven was perfect for our needs. While the pots and pans were of excellent quality-all hefty stainless steel--a nonstick omelette pan would make a nice addition. My guests all had a great time and spoke highly of the area for its quiet and uncrowded nature. There are nearby beaches and trails. Short Beach with its tidal pools is amazing. Safeway in town less than 15 minutes away is the place to stock up. Stop by at the market a few blocks away for scoop ice cream. We needed fans to help us sleep as interior temperatures on the second floor reached close to 80 degrees. It took a couple of days for us to receive them. A better quality and quantity of bath towels would make the stay even better. Otherwise, the place was perfectly suited to our needs and helped make the familiy reunion a success.

Thanks so much for choosing Cape Crescent and for this thoughtful review. We're glad the home’s layout and easy parking let everyone spread out and relax—the house is meant to be a comfortable, restorative gathering place on the coast. We’re happy you explored Short Beach; those tidal pools are a special nearby treat. We’ve added a nonstick omelette pan, upgraded our towel selection, and improved fan availability so future stays cool more quickly. We hope to welcome you back.
It was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room and kept very clean. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the quiet. It was also a safe place to walk. We could even see a little bit of the ocean. Thank you for the opportunity to have a fun relaxing weekend.
Spacious home, perfect for friends/family gathering
Our group of six adults enjoyed the large great room and kitchen with ample counter and table space for preparing and eating meals. The ocean view and close proximity to Oceanside also were very nice.
Very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and furniture.Knives were very sharp - good The bbq was very dirty looking so we didn’t use it. Suggest it be replaced. Could use some tissues.

Beautiful house
The house was amazing apt for a group of ten to fifteen people. It’s a brand new house. The living room has a wonderful sunset view. The kids loved the place. It’s very close to the beach but not walkable. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook.
