The listing is right spot on. The view is amazing. The public beach access is right beside this house so there are lots of folks going by, but other than saying "hi" a lotl,; that was fine. Plenty of room and the bed on the main level, king size, was amazing. The heat works great (wood stove does not). Kitchen has everything you need except coffee filters. Their were only two of us so we didn't even use the bunk bed room which would have provide sleeping for a larger family. Thanks so much.

Great location with a spectacular view. Probably should replace upstairs shower head with a removable one. Not very comfortable for adults. Otherwise a very relaxing stay with easy access to everything in town - from the beach to all the shops and restaurants.

Great location for getting on the beach, less than a minute. I wished there was a bbq, but we understand there really is nowhere to store it. The spice cabinet needs a going through, there was some spices, no oil and what was there was old, no salt at all. So, bring your own. Bring your own deck chairs, there really are none.

The location of this property was great for us. Rockaway has alot of discoveries to be had. The beach is expansive and the sound of the waves from the upstairs bedroom a total surprise treat!We appreciated that the kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking. We also loved the book and puzzle cabinet.

It is a great little house right on the beach with most everything you need for vacation. I think if essentials were provided like garbage bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods it would have gotten 5 stars, but regardless we had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, close to town and oceanfront! When it was cold, we could just sit on the couch, warm inside, and and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.Loved the unique floor in the main bathroom! Wi-fi worked great, too!

The house was fully equipped with cooking utensils, it was clean, comfortable and had the best view of the ocean.I loved the flooring in the main bathroom. The lication was great and in the heart of the town.

The location is amazing and great for traveling with a dog. You are right on Rockaway beach and it is easy to walk everywhere. The house is a solid choice - nothing fancy but it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with basics. A few small maintenance issues but overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The house, while a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. I enjoyed being able to sit indoors and enjoy the ocean even when it was raining. It was nice to head out the door and walk directly down to the beach. I plan to rent this house again.

Our stay was nice and what we expected based on the pictures. Loved being right at the beach so it was easy access. Could have used a little more privacy as the house is right next to public entrance to the beach. The inside wood stove is under repair but we had fires on the beach. Pet friendly which is always an added bonus. The kitchen could use a few updated basic utensils…whisk, tongs, measuring cups. Beds are okay if you like a firm mattress. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again!

Allover a top choice for being so close to the beach, clean, walkable distance to food carts, restaurants, little market. This place has amazing view over the beach/ocean from the downstairs living area, but best is the bedroom balcony on the top floor. We had a great time. Its a good place for a dog as well
