The Space:

Stunningly nestled among the dunes, this oceanfront home boasts incredible views of Rockaway Beach from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and the deck spanning the length of the house. It's a gorgeous place for days spent surfing and boogie boarding, with direct beach access from the property.



This two-story home sits right on the ocean in Nedonna Beach, a tranquil neighborhood of Rockaway just over two miles north of downtown. It's a beautiful and peaceful area, with a beach access path shared with the next-door neighbor, a jetty half a mile down the beach, and two marinas where you can go crabbing or purchase local seafood within a couple of miles. This is an ideal home base for exploring the Oregon Coast, from Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile) and Cedar Wetlands Preserve (three miles) to the famous Tillamook Creamery (16 miles).



Begin each morning outside on the oceanfront deck, a covered, 12-foot-by-40-foot space where you can sip your first cup of coffee, recline in an Adirondack chair, and watch for whale spouts on the horizon. After a day at the beach, rinse off any lingering sand (with hot and cold water just off the deck), light the gas grill for a family barbecue, and gather around the dining room table just in time for a memorable sunset.



Entertainment abounds throughout the house, whether you're playing games by the gas fireplace in the living room, watching family favorites on one of the TVs (in the living room, the downstairs den, and two of the bedrooms), or shooting hoops on the arcade basketball game in the garage. Of the bedrooms (two upstairs, two downstairs), one is a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom where you can unwind in the soaking tub at the end of each day.

Beautiful modern beach house

This house is modern, clean, on the beach and can accommodate a couple of families with room to hang out together or chill in your own space. There is direct beach access and the town is cute and just down the road. Definitely would stay again!

This is a great location for a beach stay any time of the year. The house was very clean and well laid out. The views from the main living areas are breathtaking. The house is nicely set up for a family vacation with a TV room, plenty of games for kids young and old. Thank you for sharing!

Wowsa! Super nice place. Nearly everything was stocked and supplied. Really nice rental and definitely would rent again. The fees and taxes seem high (nearly 1600) but this rental was a great choice and appreciated being able to stay there. Thank you so much.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay here with family. We had some problems after checking in (shelves were hanging off the wall and needed maintenance, smoke detector batteries needed changing, one smoke detector wasn’t attached and in the pantry. We noticed some areas in various rooms were missed by the cleaners. We were more vigilant with a crawling baby. Some stains in the carpets. Some used tissues and crumbs under the bunk beds. The basketball game in the garage needs some repairs, and some handles are coming loose in bathrooms. Vacasa responded immediately to assist. We learned maintenance is only called if things are reported. The cleaning service doesn’t report these things. Overall though, the kitchen was stocked for adults and kids! The living quarters and bathrooms were great! We loved being on the beach. The game room was great for the babies. We loved the fireplace at night and sitting out on the deck! Would definitely stay again. Likely helpful if maintenance team can check in more often to see if things need to be addressed if the cleaning service doesn’t report. The listing should mention there are beach towels and some beach toys for kids :) we packed that because we didn’t know. There’s only k cup coffee enough for the first day, Not the whole stay.
