Your have full private access to the whole home. The design is a duplex only the driveway being shared with the adjoining home/neighbours.

The host is available on call at anytime - Guests have full private use of the whole home.

*Condition: As part of the booking, the main guest is required to provide an image of government ID (passport, Licence) prior to check-in.

*Note that the home is 20+ years old and would have some imperfections of cosmetic nature i.e. perhaps a slightly cracked bathroom tile or some slight ware to kitchen cabinets which can be seen, only when open (as examples). The home is well maintained and clean and comes with all appliances listed. Outdoor patio is currently being renovated and uncovered, but has no effect to general yard use and enjoyment. Outdoor pet only. There is also one external front of property doorbell camera for general outside security purposes. ***Minimum 3 month lease period**
