Este departamento de 2 pisos tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de una de sus vacaciones más relajantes. En la planta principal encontrará la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, el lavadero y una habitación tamaño king con su propio baño.
En el segundo piso hay una sala de televisión con un sofá cama y un sofá, un medio baño y una habitación con 2 camas queen size y una individual, con baño completo.
En el sótano se encuentra la plaza de aparcamiento y desde allí se puede acceder al ascensor que te llevará a la piscina y infinita con una vista increíble al mar Caribe, también hay una zona de solarium con jacuzzi y un bar. Hay duchas y baños también.
Está a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa y también de la mundialmente famosa 5th Ave, donde podrá cenar, comprar, encontrar cafés y principalmente todo lo que necesita.

Close walk to ALL the fun Restuarants and Beaches

We truly enjoyed the layout of the condo. We are seven travelers and there was plenty of room for three youngsters and four adults. We did have to purchase a blanket for one futon with only linens so as usual with any unexpected kurfuffles you do what you have to do! The pool on the roof was the BEST! Gorgeous pool that had a true warm tub! It's a brand new luxurious space and we were so impressed in knowing that if anything was still a bit wonky, it was addressed promptly! Our favorite encounter was our sweet kind security gentleman who helped us on many occasions ...Muchos Gracias Senior 👏🏼👍🏻🙏🏼

Nice location- home needs work

The home is large and might work well for some but there was no comfortability. The pool deck is limited with no chairs- only lounges that are extremely uncomfortable. The water pressure is not good- there were no special features to the home- there is no balcony- the towels were so old. The owner corresponded well but that does not make up for a home that is not so comfortable. The master bedroom is next to the security guard station- you hear them 24/7 - bring ear plugs. Wish it were different- they just need to make the home nicer- the bones are there.

El departamento muy bonito amplio, cómodo y seguro. Lástima que necesitaba mantenimiento y mi llegada no fue tan grata ya que había agua por todas partes de la recámara principal y del cuarto de lavado, tuve que estar limpiando porque no había personal que pudiera resolver en ese momento (cabe mencionar que llegue en domingo en la tarde noche), pero pase toda una semana y no se resolvió al 100%. A pesar de que hicieron la limpieza antes de nuestra llegada, encontramos arañas, hormigas y los closets con polvo, tomaron acción hasta el miércoles como había acordado con la propietaria de una limpieza en general en ese día (no cambio de sabanas ni de toallas en toda la semana). Por el precio que se pagó me hubiera gustado mejor atención. La zona muy segura y a unos pasos de la playa y de la 5ta avenida, la playa increíble es una playa pública y creo que la mejor ubicación para estar sin tanta gente como en mamitas Beach.

It has direct entrance from the street, making it as if you were on a private house.
