The Space:

Spacious 2,000 sq ft tri-level beach house in Pacific Beach just steps from the sand. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal retreat is ideal for families and groups, featuring a ground-level queen suite with full bath—perfect for families and large groups.



The second level offers open-concept living with smart TV, dining for 6, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, air fryer, Instapot, gas stove, dishwasher, and a balcony with propane BBQ.



3rd level includes a primary suite with ocean views and en-suite bath, walk-in closet plus two additional bedrooms (queen bedroom + bunk bedroom with full/twin) and shared full bathroom in hallway.



Enjoy central heating & AC throughout the entire home, fast WiFi, front patio seating with smokeless fire pit, and a 2-car garage stocked with beach cruisers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, and washer/dryer.



Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. No pets. Coastal comfort at its best.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire space. The home is part of a complex with one shared wall with the unit to the east. There is an attached 2-car garage.



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach, or "PB" as locals call it, is one of San Diego's most popular and vibrant beach neighborhoods. Known for its energetic atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and eclectic mix of surf culture and nightlife, Pacific Beach offers something for everyone.

The heart of PB is the iconic Ocean Front Walk/Boardwalk, a bustling oceanfront promenade perfect for biking, skating, jogging, or people-watching. Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard are lined with casual eateries, beach bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and surf shops, creating a lively beach town vibe day and night.

Located at the northern end of Pacific Beach (and steps from the house!), Tourmaline Surfing Park (affectionately known as "Tourmo") is a beloved local gem and one of San Diego's most popular surf spots. This designated surfing area is perfect for longboarders, stand-up paddleboarders, and surfers of all skill levels looking to catch mellow, rolling waves.

What sets Tourmaline apart is its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and stunning natural beauty. The beach features a large grassy park area with picnic tables, perfect for post-surf gatherings or enjoying a seaside meal. It's also a favorite spot for watching breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific.



Getting Around:

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in PB. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 2-car garage if you bring your own vehicle.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
