Located literally 80 steps to beautiful ocean water, beach, delightful broadwalk FREE PARKING SPACE inside the condominium , paid washers/dryers in building. The comfort of your home away from home all contained in a clever layout. You have a sleeping and living room all in one. The kitchenette for light cooking is in a separate space as is the bathroom .Drop leaf table & stools for dining, desk and chair. This is a bargain for the location. Very clean and set up nicely. Loved the decor. Sonia was excellent with communication- even though I asked questions that were clearly written in the description…lol. The parking spot was a bonus. I will definitely rent again!

Couldn’t see the beach from the room. Parking was good, vehicle not in view from room. Bed was really hard. Otherwise very satisfied.

It’s a perfect spot if you are planning on being active throughout your stay and using to just crash and burn at night. I spent two full days at the beach and three nights for sleeping and it served its purpose perfectly for me.

Great location! Bed was broken… that was a bummer. Small but adequate. Host was VERY quick to answer questions. If there was perhaps some written instructions at the unit we probably wouldn’t have needed to ask. ( location of pool key, etc) Laundry room machine was out of cards? Had to go to laundry mat..another bummer. But I would stay there again because of the location and value!

We are sorry to learn from the review that the bed was broken, a support rail had come loose in one corner. This has now been repaired. As this was not reported during the stay, we were unfortunately unable to address it at the time. The Home Guide sent three days before arrival includes the location of the pool key. In addition, a few laundry cards were available in the white desk drawer, and this was also communicated by the owner. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can promptly help with any issue or question.

Fun Studio to stay in
