Beach Palms is back and better than ever! Since Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the building has a fresh new look, including a new pool, pool deck, gas grills, and gazebo. The beach has been restored, and the sugary sands are ready for your flip-flops!

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Text Cleaners: Contact GERMOPHOBES FLORIDA CLEANING LLC at 727-615-5069 24 hours prior to departure with your check-out time and Unit #BP503.
Return the yellow wristband and lock box keys to the lockbox. Return 2 blue lanyards and parking permits to the wooden paddle peg.
Secure the condo and ensure all doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check-out fees are $200 per hour.
No excessive noise. No more than six people are allowed to sleep in the unit.
No diving or jumping into the pool; no swimming after dusk.
