Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also includes a full size futon, perfect for kids.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a top-floor walkup unit with 24 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• This is a PET FRIENDLY home. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib provided.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
