Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious 3 bedroom, 1600sqft modern cabin, nestled in the quiet family friendly residential neighborhood of Toluca Woods. Centrally located, this home is minutes to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, 101, 135. Fifteen minute drive to Hollywood, Silver lake, Glendale. 5 minutes from Toluca Lake and Studio City where you will find tons of restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
The space
The house has a private fenced in back yard. It is the only dwelling on a corner lot. There is a parking spot in front of the garage, and plenty of parking on the street.

Property was even more lovely in person. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint and close to many amenities. I highly recommend this property. Communicating with the owner/manager was easy and timely.
