The house is super cute, has everything it says in the description. Very clean, great size, nice to have all the things like washer / dryer, plenty of towels, full kitchen etc. the one bed was a bit hard of a mattress, the AC wall unit didn’t make the bedrooms that cold and the pullout couch was a bit small but worked perfectly for our 9yo son - but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend! Owner was great too! Easy booking and instructions as well.

Fantastic stay in Ardmore for our Lake Murray fishing trip. The property was very clean, reasonably priced, and only about 12 minutes from the lake. Martin was an excellent host with great communication, very transparent, and made check-in extremely easy with no games or delays getting access information.The driveway setup was great for parking and maneuvering a boat, which was a huge plus for us. Checkout was simple and hassle-free. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, stores, and the main highway.Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent cleanliness and beautifully appointed. Martin, our contact person, was prompt in responding to our inquiries, and even brought me over a Keurig for my coffee. AC through 1 window unit in living room. Loud and blew hard when it was running. We kept it off while watching tv. Had to keep bedroom doors open when sleeping, in order to stay cool at night, esp back bedroom. But our needs were pretty simple , so we were fine. We enjoyed Lake Murray so much! Such a nice place to visit!
