The second guest bedroom includes a 2 twin bunk beds and a twin over full bunk bed, ideal for kids or groups who want to stay together comfortably.

This fourth guest room offers a futon for flexible sleeping arrangements and a convenient desk-and-chair setup ideal for working during your stay.

Two full bathrooms are available for guest use—one with a shower/tub combo and the other with a walk-in shower, both stocked with fresh towels and essentials to make your stay seamless.

While the pool is not heated, you'll find it's perfect for refreshing dips during Florida's warm and sunny days. The natural warmth of the Florida climate ensures a comfortable and enjoyable swim year-round.

We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.

★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.

★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
