This home was exactly what my family needed while working through some emergency repairs in our own home. It felt cozy and homey and gave us such a comfortable feeling. It definitely helped to ease some of our anxiety and make things more comfortable for our daughters. The host was so responsive and understanding. So glad we were able to stay there

Great budget location with plenty of space and solid furnishings. We had some issues that we hope future guests don't have to deal with - water that didn't work downstairs, uneven heating, kitchen missing some amenities (no spatula, baking pan, almost empty salt grinder) - but nothing that severely affected livability, and the host was willing to help wherever they could.

Thank you so much for your response Christopher. I have actually just updated my cleaning team who is a lot more thorough. There were things that I was unaware of. So I ended up making the change to a better cleaning team, that helps notified me of things that it need to be restocked etc as for water dress FYI, the pipe is frozen from the 0° weather. After it warmed up - it was in working order. Apologizes for that weird inconvenience. In the future, we would love to host you again, to earn your five star review!

Our stay was very disappointing due to the condition of the home upon arrival. Cleanliness was a major issue—floors were dirty, and under the beds appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time.There were also several functional problems. The lower-level refrigerator was not working, which is a major inconvenience for a group of seven staying a full week. The washing machine downstairs contained stagnant water and a blanket, and when opened, it produced a foul odor that spread throughout the house.Basic necessities were missing. There was no soap in the showers, no dishwashing supplies, and we had to purchase hangers and replace the batteries in the front door lock. The front door does not seal properly, causing a noticeable draft unless the deadbolt is locked at all times.While communication from the property manager was initially good, we were promised supplies and reimbursement for our purchases and inconvenience—neither of which happened.Overall, this was not an acceptable experience. The home needs significant attention before it should be rented again. We believe a reimbursement of at least half of our stay is warranted.

We were honestly surprised by this review. We stayed in communication throughout the stay and responded quickly anytime something was brought up. We offered help, sent guidance, and worked to accommodate multiple requests during the visit. Our cleaning team is very experienced and the home was cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. After checkout, the property required significantly more cleaning than usual, which did not align with the concerns shared here. We always want guests to have a great stay, but this felt more like an attempt to receive a large discount after the fact. We do our best to be fair and responsive, but we’re unable to provide partial refunds in situations like this. We stand behind our home, our cleaners, and the many positive experiences other guests have had.
