Manasota Key is a secluded barrier island that places you directly on the beach. As an annual habitat for nesting sea turtles, and a sanctuary for many unique and endangered bird species, it's become a perfect destination for people who want to relax and enjoy the tranquil nature around them.
Manasota Beach is famous for hunting seashells and prehistoric shark teeth. Right across the street provides dock access to the Intracoastal Waterway perfect for relaxing near the calm water or fishing.
