We had a team of folks headed down for work, and the host was incredibly accommodating to changing schedules, etc. I also found Janet to be extremely responsive to texts, which was really important as I was trying to help out from up in CT! Property had everything we needed, had plenty of room and was a great experience.

The property management company asked for a separate deposit or insurance, which they waived once I complained. They didn’t seem to know anything about the property. We never were able to use the fireplace or the thermostat downstairs, even though both were in the listing. They delivered an iron and ironing board late Sunday night, but it was too late to iron clothes for Monday. The place holds five people comfortably, but there aren’t enough dishes and mugs unless you continually wash them. Nice neighborhood and neighbors.
