Minutes in every direction to skiing, hiking, fishing and so much more. Public boat launch on the Androscoggin River for kayaking and canoeing within 4 miles. Just a 20 minute drive to NH were there are endless ATV / UTV trails in the summer and fall. Snow machine trails within just a few miles.
