The ranch-style home with a walk-out basement features two kitchens, five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a wraparound deck, and a shaded patio. With enough space for 10 guests plus 4 couches, the whole family can enjoy space in this peaceful hidden retreat within the secluded pines.
Take a trip to Colorado and retreat from life’s daily stresses while connecting with those who
mean the most. This spacious home on 5 Acres is close to all the attractions and
activities that make Colorado so alluring. Just a short trip from Palmer Lake, this property is
perfect for those looking to fish or paddle board.
The whole family can comfortably stay at Pikes Peak Vistas House. This peaceful retreat is
hidden within the pines and close to a quaint town with plenty of boutiques, beverage shops, restaurants, and activities.
Whether you want to take a trip to the lake or explore and hike the acres of beauty on the
grounds, we know you’ll find something to love at the Pikes Peak Vistas House.
This home is nested in the trees for a truly private experience. There is a peaceful hiking path around the acreage.
Palmer Lake is 2 miles to the west with fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, etc. We have 2 large paddle boards inside the barn. Feel free to transport them to the lake with you.
Greenland Open Spaces is located off County Line Road to the west; plus many other nature trails nearby. There are miles of walking and biking trails and leashed pets are welcome.
Please be sure to:
*Be respectful of neighbors & outside quiet hours after 9 PM
*Keep dogs with their humans at all times,
*Please bag & pick up after your pet. There are outside trash cans for disposal.
*Be mindful to turn off the zoned heaters/AC when not in use.
*Hot tub directions are in the directory at the house.
No smoking anywhere in the house. Outside ashtrays are provided and we kindly ask that no evidence of discards be left in the ashtray or on the grounds.
