Lovely Oceanfront Condo with Gorgeous View with 3 Beds\3 Baths

The Sedgefield is located on North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Ask anyone who has stayed on the oceanfront Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. The widest and most level beach on the Strand, away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.

Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

Relax and enjoy your vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the second floor of a five-floor condominium unit. An elevator is provided for access. The oceanfront outdoor pool with showers are located just outside of the elevator. The unit sleeps six and is central heated and cooled.

We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens, towels, clothes washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was recently renovated to include hardwood floors in all bedrooms with tile in the den and bathrooms, Granite tile was installled in 2010 in kitchen and bath counters. In 2014 a lazyboy sleeper couch, red recliner and chair was added.

You will be sure that you have found the perfect vacation rental as you relax, enjoying the fantastic view. The den has a pull-out, queen-size sleeper sofa, and a wonderful view of the ocean/beach area. A 37-inch HDTV and DVD player are available for your use. Just installed an electric fireplace. The environment is child-friendly so relax and enjoy. Books and DVDs are available for evening family entertainment. Private balcony - the oceanfront, private balcony provides a beautiful view of the beach. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation.

The unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom has hardwood floors, is Ocean-side and has a King-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 26-inch HDTV is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower. The second bedroom has hardwood floors with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 21 inch HDTV is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower. The third bedroom has hardwood floors with twin beds, 21 inch HDTV with bathroom access from he hallway. The bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower.

The beach view from bedroom and living room was AWESOME. All the rooms were clean and homey. Kitchen was fully stocked appliance wise. The King tide came in and took beach access away the last full day there but we used neighboring condos so it was ok. The host was very friendly and accessible. Incredible stay

Great location without a crowded beach

Stayed for a week, only thing we needed were beach chairs and umbrellas, beach services no longer offers rental at this location, and had to purchase basic spices and seasonings for making meals. Condo was clean, a/c worked great in the 90 degree weather. Pool was clean. Great location for a family of 4

This is the best condo we have stayed in around the area. Location is very nice, condo was immaculately clean, beach was wonderful. This condo has everything you need. Steps away from the beach, and very quiet around the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Cherry Grove condo

The location was great. Very short walk to the beach. We could never figure out how the tv worked ... might want to leave instructions..the only real complaint would be that the sheets on the twin bed wouldn’t stay on the bed...elastic worn out. We had a great time and we will be back.

A lovely week!

This was our second time at this property. We loved it so much last year that we came back again! It's incredibly convenient for families with young kids. You can see the beach from your balcony, as well as the pool. The pier is close by on the beach, so you can set up there for its shade and not even need to bother with an umbrella. The host was wonderful and the property was clean and beautifully decorated.

Family Fall Vacation

This was a great family fall vacation. My wife and I were joined by our son, daughter-in-law and our two grandchildren. Our son and his family enjoyed the beach everyday, since we had beautiful weather while my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves as they rolled in. The unit was the perfect fit for the six of us and was nicely furnished. Jim and Margaret were great property managers and were right there on the premises if we had a question. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants a great vacation right on the beach!

A great week with family!

We had a great time at this property. We had 6 people in our party -- 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were the perfect setup. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! Even if we never made it outside, the view alone would have been worth the stay! The unit was so conveniently located to both the pool and the beach, and the elevator and luggage carts made loading/unloading much easier. Being so close to the pool & beach made it easy to run back inside the condo to grab a snack or use the bathroom. Plus it was just a short walk down to Cherry Grove Point, which was beautiful. The beach itself wasn't overcrowded, and the water was warm. It's a very kid-friendly beach, since the slope is gentle. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful location & interior decor

We stayed the week and really enjoyed ourselves. The Unit is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. Bath towels were thick & felt luxurious. Unit was beautifully decorated through out. Suggestions for improved stay include: (1) Living room Upholstered furniture wreaked of old dust and we all developed sneezing, nasal congestion which has cleared up since returning home. A deep vacuuming or professional cleaning of the upholstered furniture and area rug would be a great improvement. (2) Replace or add memory foam topper to King size mattress. (very hard mattress & extremely uncomfortable to sleep on). (3) Replace Queen size mattress which is much too soft and both husband & wife rolled to the center of the bed. Wonderful ocean views and nice small balcony for two people to enjoy the breezes.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide every client with a clean ocean front condo that meets or exceeds their expectations and gives them a 5-star experience which we typically only receive. We just stayed in the unit ourselves and didn’t notice an issue with the living room upholstery or dusty smell, but we will schedule a professional cleaning to address any problems. We maintain a pet free unit, have it professionally cleaned annually and replace furniture at the first sign of distress in an effort to avoid issues. We definitely take great pride in purchasing high quality items to go in the unit and are constantly updating and cleaning. Matter of fact, so many of our repeat renters say they cannot find a place that is as clean as we keep our units. We have some people that have stayed with us for over 15 straight years. The mattresses are a difficult fix given the wide range of personal preference (soft vs firm, memory foam vs traditional springs) We try to buy what is most popular and the ones that rate the highest and encase them in a dust/moisture proof covering. The king mattress nor the queen mattress is over four years old and were both top of the line. We actually have had so many compliments on the queen mattress that we purchased it for our home. This is the one!

Our family has spent many weeks at the Grand Strand over the years. Cherry Grove is our favorite location and this condo was by far our favorite. 3 Bedrroms, 3 Baths and all spaces were furnished beautifully! We highly recommend this condo. Check in/check out is a breeze! Close enough to the gorgeous Point to walk to. Quiet, great views, family oriented- we give it 👍👍!! Stop your search and book now!

Beautiful property but lacking in amenities. Parking was difficult.

There was a mix up when we arrived and had to het on VRBO to find a phone number and wait about half hour for the lister to respond. Only came with 1 roll of t.p. per bathroom and one garbage bag. We had to buy our own garbage bags, had to recycle (no bin inside only down by the road), buy dish soap and dishwasher pods (they required all dishes were done when leaving), paper towels, extra hand soap, and everything to wash laundry. I have rented a VRBO property every year (sometimes twice a year) and have never had to buy anything more than t.p. The front of the condo was warm (no curtains in the 3 large windows) while the back was freezing. We had to stop using the sliding door to the balcony in the main room cause it was very hard to open and the handle was falling off. If we wanted to use the balcony we had to go through the bedroom which was an inconvenience to the people sleeping there. The parking spaces under the building were extremely hard to park in due to the large floor to roof cement blocks on each side of every space. The condo itself looked like the pictures and the view was even better. It's in a good location and the beach was never too busy.

Loved every minute!

My parents and my husband and I loved staying in this condo on Cherry Grove Beach. The balcony only has room for two people to sit, but that is counterbalanced by the views from the bank of windows inside, facing the beach. The furnishings were nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped.

The view was fantastic. Living area is tight, but the 7 of us managed. Quiet area and pool well managed. Ample parking, but difficult to get into spots. Will definitely go back.
