Eighth floor, fully equipped, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with 2 oceanfront balconies (one main balcony and 2nd ensuite to Bedroom 2). The condo offers direct oceanfront views from the living area balcony and primary bedroom as well as long-range northward shoreline views. The condo is also a corner unit offering daylight to enter every bedroom from a window or balcony door.

Ocean Bay Club property features include direct ocean front beach access, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, and fitness room. The property is within walking distance of Main Street North Myrtle Beach. A family friendly area with restaurants, shopping, ice cream, arcades, nightlife, and free weekly outdoor concerts during the summer. A five-minute walk to McLean Park offers two playgrounds, a 1/2 mile paved walking trail, restrooms, charcoal grills, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, and gazebo overlooking a 2 acre lake.

The condo has a whirlpool tub in the primary bath, ceiling fans in living room & primary bedroom, 5 TVs with spectrum cable including HBO, Showtime, and Roku players on all. 4 bedrooms (Two with King beds, one Queen bed, and Two single beds). A fully equipped kitchen, in room washer/dryer, no installed carpeting, and conveniently located near the elevators and trash chute ensures you will have all amenities needed for your stay.

The condo is smoke & pet free. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use (not set up by lifeguards). This is an owner rental that we manage with keyless entry. No rental company check-in/check-out process upon arrival or departure. Once condo is cleaned for your arrival (after 3pm), you can enter anytime, 24 hours a day. Welcome guide will be sent by VRBO 3 days before check-in OR available on the VRBO app after booking. Bath and kitchen linens will be in place for your arrival and beds will be made. On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you the condo is ready. No contact check-in, simply follow the welcome guide and enjoy your vacation.

Great stay, everything was spot on, you will not be disappointed!

We were a party of 7 (family/friends). The listing was very accurate - every little amenity you could need was there. Just bring your clothes! The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets, pots/pans, baking sheets, plenty of cups and plates. There were even 4 Yetti cups to keep out cocktails cold! In the bedrooms there were power strips placed on night side tables, no hunting for plugs! The oceanfront condo was spotless, I mean spotless. The decor is beachy and inviting There are plenty of towels and Randy also has 8 beach towels available for use. There are also chair and umbrellas available free in his storage closet. This location is great. Right near the intersection of Main St. and South Ocean Blvd. There are bars, restaurants, and beach stores within a few minutes walking. Everything else you could need is within 3 miles (Example Kroger is 1 mile away). Randy is a great host and made everything very easy. He is responsive and just a text away. I would not hesitate to stay again, and would recommend it to all. A+

Best VRBO ever and perfect October weather

The owners were so accommodating and was in touch with us a few days before our stay, during and after. We have been using VRBO rentals for close to 20 years and this was by far the best one we have used. Condo was very clean and awesome view of the beach and building was clean too. Usually we have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, trash bags, just to stay for a week at these rentals. There was plenty to cover our stay with six adults and two children. So much appreciated. The owners made sure we had a pack and play for the 1 year old and lots of sand toys for them to use. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Those item usually have to be paid for daily with a service or we have even bought some to use and left at other condo's. The only thing we had to pick up was a cooler to take to the beach but that was fine with us since everything else was provided for us. We left the cooler so future renters will have it to use. The Myrtle beach area was so clean and beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, arcade within a couple minute walking distance. Perfect weather the whole time we stayed. Warm enough to be on the beach (70's temp) but didn't get hot and need to get in water to cool off. We forgot to log out of our streaming accounts and Randy answered me right away after we left and said he would log us out. I can't say enough good things about this host and their condo.

Awesome Oceanfront Views

We loved staying here. My two-year old niece loved all the little snacks. Being so close to Main street was a huge perk! We loved all the little things & having a fully stocked kitchen. We barely went out & cooked almost every meal. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning, rocking away while drinking my coffee & watching the sun rise. We had everything we possibly could’ve needed! We won’t be staying anywhere else!

Originally from the beautifully Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina, we now reside in North Myrtle. Many days we can be found on the beach or taking in local entrainment alone or with family.
The condo is our off-season respite which we enjoy sharing with others during the summer. We maintain the condo for exercise, maintenance, and quality of use. We absolutely are motivated when others enjoy the space, ocean, area; and strive to provide a spot for family memories to be made.

North Myrtle is a family-oriented and safe area that we have been visiting for decades. The condo is within walking distance to many amenities with main street close by. Within driving distance, there's something for everyone.

Secondly the experience. We provide a place where folks can pack their clothes and essentials, get in their car or take a flight, and all is provided upon arrival. All that's needed is to enjoy the Beach and all that the area has to offer!
