This intimate resort is a popular choice for summer vacations and for beach music fans during the spring and fall SOS Festivals - Spring Safari, Mid-Winter Classic, and the Fall Migration. With only six condominiums in this low-profile resort, without an elevator, you'll find more privacy than at a high-rise.
CASUAL IN-HOUSE MEALS or dining out at fantastic area restaurants are pleasant options since each condo has a nicely equipped kitchen. Living areas have large oceanfront windows, and the beachfront balconies are accessible from both the living room and master suite. Each condo has an excellent view of the ocean and also overlooks the swimming pool. Sit back and relax on your oceanfront balcony or by the beachside pool.
COVERED BALCONIES are featured with first and second floor condos; third floor condos have open balconies. Resort features include an outdoor swimming pool, a charcoal grill for cookouts, and an outside beach shower. Island Dunes provides free WIFI so you can stay conveniently connected. For extended winter stays, several condos offer attractive monthly off-season rates. Parking restrictions: No motorcycles or trailers.
All common areas at this resort, including balconies and pool, have been designated as Non-Smoking.
