This home is perfect for a couple, small family, remote workers, a writer, looking for a quiet retreat, or an outdoor enthusiast looking for a great home base from which to explore the region!
This home has a 31-night minimum stay.
The Space:
Renovated by an award-winning Bay Area architect, this 1,100 sq ft mid-century home is filled with natural light and warm, modern style. High-beam ceilings, blonde hardwood floors, and walls of sliding glass bring the outdoors in, creating a seamless connection to the patio and surrounding greenery.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances—including a Bertazzoni range—Carrera marble countertops, an island, and is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking memorable meals.
Each room is gently and tastefully furnished, making the home feel both elevated and welcoming.
This is a special property that is rarely available for short-term rental, offering a unique opportunity to experience an architect-designed Mill Valley home.
Guest Access & Parking:
Guests have full access to the entire home. The crescent-shaped driveway accommodates one to two off-street parking spots (Please see driveway note in the listing).
Please note that shed storage is not included.
Special driveway note: Please note that one owner's vehicle is stored at the far end of the driveway. Guests can comfortably park one to two cars in the remaining space. As the full crescent driveway isn’t in use, you’ll simply need to back out when leaving—quick and easy.
Pets:
One well-behaved dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to bring your dog, please contact the host in advance. Dogs must be fully house-trained, non-barking, and may not be left alone in the house or yard.
