The Space:

***Condos are individually owned and decor varies. This condo has a beautiful Serena & Lily decor providing a peaceful, coastal design with comfort and elegance. Beautiful wood floors throughout gives warmth and charm,



Please Note: This is a Private Club. Only Registered Guests may use the amenities. Club Dues are paid directly to The Club at your arrival. Daily Resort Fee cover everyone in your group (not per person). The rates are as follows:

Nov 1 thru May 31 -

Registration Membership Fee $250

Daily Resort Fees $60

June 1 thru October 31

Registration Membership Fee $150

Daily Resort Fee $50



Note: No outside food or drinks may be brought into pool areas.



The location of this resort is one of its many attractions. Less than a mile from 5th Avenue and .03 of a mile from Tin City, there is so much to do within walking distance. Enjoy the shuttle service to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and Naples Pier. Boating and all water sports are available for rental at the Marina Store. If relaxation is what you are looking for, The Spa at the Club will be your spot! Trainers available at The Club to stay fit while at the Resort. Private Golf Courses available thru the Concierge Desk - Gail is ready to book your tee time! and now you can enjoy Top Golf Simulator available for a fee and you can do soccer, football or baseball!. Want to play tennis on our clay courts?, Our Tennis Pro will work with you, and set up matches. Come take advantage of a private lesson or ball machine drlls.



Enjoy dining on site- from Indulge's exquisite cuisine, to Nosh, which is one of Naples Best Restaurant overlooking the marina, the new swanky Blackbird Modern Asian for exotic apps and dinners, to the Cafe on the Bay providing breakfast and lunch overlooking the marina to BlueWater Grill by the Pool, you will find each setting very special and conveniently located within our complex.

The condos are located in the entrance of Royal Harbor which is a beautiful quiet setting with beautiful homes.

There is lots to do within walking distance, walk over to Blackbird Asian Restaurant or Nosh, enjoy breakfast/lunch at The cafe in the bay … Walk over to Tin City and Bayfront. Or , Take the shuttle to 5th Ave!
