Other Things to Note:

We require an ID Verification Form and Rental Agreement Form to be completed prior to check-in on platforms where we are the Merchant of Record. If you are not asked for them, they are not required through us.

• The property is on a hill top and while we have lovely walking paths on-property, there are no sidewalks in the area. Walking is done along the main road.

• We now have generator services and are provisioned against power service interruptions!

• Cost-U-Less and The Meat Up restaurant and the movie theatre are at the 1st street light to the left of property.

Our confirmed and paid reservation was given away. We arrived at the airport around 4:30pm. Rental car experience was long so we reached out to the property to tell them we were on our way and they told us we were not signed up for a late check in so they gave our room away. We were never asked when we would arrive. We were never told there was a specific check in time. We were left stranded as the island was completely booked - I am not exaggerating. We have witnesses to prove we were left without a place to stay on the island. We returned home 2 days early because we had no place to stay. This host should no longer be able to be on this site.
