It offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate your group. The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one king bed, and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, as well as two cozy couches in the family room. Furthermore, the mattresses are brand new as of 2025, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Each of the three bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and/or shower for your convenience. The house features a serene beach-themed interior that invites relaxation, complete with heating and air conditioning to offer comfort year-round. Whether enjoying a quiet evening after a day of exploring or sharing a meal with family and friends, this home provides the perfect backdrop.
Positioned at the quieter end of the street, the property ensures peace while remaining close to town. Enjoy ample space for storing beach gear, and relish stunning ocean views from every room. Excellent beachfront home! This beachfront home exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the home was spotless, and the location could not have been better. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days just steps from the beach was incredible.The owner was wonderful to work with—communication was excellent, with quick responses and helpful information before and during our trip. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great property right on the beach with amazing views, well located with good access to places in Surf City - Good restaurants, gas station, other stores are only a few easy minutes away.Very clean and well stocked. Nothing broken, excellent communication and response from the host throughout the arrival, stay and departure. Looks like we were the first people to stay in this property since it was listed on VRBO (hence the lack of reviews) and we will definitely consider staying here again next year when we make our annual trip to Topsail.If you enjoy spending time on the beach this really is a great place with a good outdoor space including a fully enclosed outdoor shower for when you step off the beach to go back to the house which made just taking a dip in the ocean every morning so, so easy.

Best ever!! This house has it all - location, cleanliness, well equipped, & great communication with host. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation (3 generations). Loved all the extras - the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, & a grill. With the young kids in our group, we found the safety chimes on the doors to be an added bonus. The plush bath towels & beach towels were plentiful. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which we appreciated because of the many meals we enjoyed at the house.We truly loved the 'on the beach' location. It made beaching so easy, especially with the kids. The beach here is fairly flat and there are tidal pools that are perfect for castle building or splashing. In the evenings the kids enjoyed kite flying and chasing crabs. The adults enjoyed coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening on the decks overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation! It was certainly the perfect choice for us.
