Welcome to our Cottage on Webster Avenue!

***Updates for 2026***
Updates to the interior are underway and will be completed for the 2026 season. Some pictures have been updated, and others will be updated soon. Most of the interior was painted in a light coastal grey. The guest bathroom was updated, along with new beds, living room furniture and rugs, TVs, a walkway to the firepit, linens, bedding, and decor!

Built in 2012, this newer 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a perfect place to host a family vacation or trip with friends. It is located on Webster Avenue, a quiet, wooded, cul-de-sac with public beach access only one block away. Walk, bicycle, or rent a golf cart for a quick trip to downtown South Haven (only 1 mile away).

You'll enjoy the home's wonderful layout - designed and built to be a vacation home. The great room, dining room, and kitchen are combined in an open concept with a tall, vaulted ceiling. The bedrooms are off a hallway leading to a large 3-season room/porch and a fantastic private backyard complete with a fire pit, swing set, and custom kids' playhouse with a slide.

The home can accommodate groups of many sizes and is perfect for families. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, with a guest bathroom down the hall. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (a full on the bottom and a twin on the top). We've also added a daybed with trundle in the 3 season room to add some flexible sleeping space.

This was our 4th stay at the South Haven Bungalow and, as always, was exceptional! Brad is always very responsive and the bungalow is always clean, comfortable and inviting. Our family loved staying at this property! The location on a quiet, well-kept road was perfect for us. The front porch was a favorite spot for quiet moments with coffee and a book. Our daughter loved the playhouse in the backyard, and we enjoyed using the fire pit. The three season porch out back was great for us to still have the feeling of being outdoors, but also protected from the elements when necessary. There were so many special touches that we appreciated, like the s’mores supplies, the ample beach gear and wagon, and the arcade game. We loved our time here!

Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. Loved the dead end street for kids to ride bikes, and the closeness to everything. The house had everything we could need, and the hosts were great at communication. The porch swing and outdoor patio area were a great place to relax, and the youngest really enjoyed the swings and playhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

Our BEST vacation yet!

I can’t even begin to express what a fantastic time we had staying at this lovely home! We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this home was by far the best yet. It is so inviting and clean and extremely well stocked. We are a family of 6 and we had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The quiet street was so peaceful and both the front and the backyard were a huge highlight for my 4 boys, especially the basketball hoop! When it came time for us to pack up, we truly did not want to leave and we are already dreaming of our next trip. This was absolutely a home away from home for us and we have such fond memories from our trip! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
