Beautiful condo 2 blocks from the beach, screened patio over looking the pool. Fully furnished with new washer and dryer in the unit and a new fridge freezer with filtered water and ice. Enjoy the luxurious East Boca lifestyle, walk to beaches, restaurants and the famous Boca Resort.
Our condo is situated on the fourth floor and accessed via a large elevator. With beautiful views to the famous Boca Resort tower.
Guests have access to a salt water heated pool with plenty of sun-beds where you can relax and club house with seating with free WiFi. There is allocated parking. Secure door entry system to the condo leading to an elevator. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CONDO RULES, THERE IS A MINIMUM OF A 90 DAY RENTAL ON THIS PROPERTY.

Ray (condo owner) was great to work with.

We liked the condo unit very much. Great location. Short walk to beach and close to shopping and dinning. The pool (salt water) was great and never crowded. We brought our bikes and rode them or took long walks every day in the surrounding (very upscale neighborhood). People at the building were very friendly.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is everything you could want --- clean, spacious, bright, airy, uncluttered, and with very nice furnishings. The qwner, Ray, is very responsive, always replying to my emails to him within a few hours. There is also a very helpful and nice liaison, Jeannete, who was always available to answer any questions we had.

Winter Escape

The property had all the amenities that we needed for a three month stay. The pool was very convent and very comfortable. The property is located near excellent restaurants and shopping. The beach is a short 2-3 block walk. Highly recommend this property.
